For May’s book of the month I’ve gone for Allan Leighton’s ‘On Leadership’. As leaders, we’re always looking at new ways to improve how we manage others – and indeed ourselves – to ensure our practices live up to the expectations set by the next generation of workers. Allan’s book assists with this to such an extent I’ve read the book twice cover to cover. It captivated me, and provided a thoroughly fresh perspective on leadership styles.
