‘Opportunities are all around us’ says Josh Cote following statement that Employee Satisfaction drops to Two Year Low

As new research reveals that 24% of UK workers intend to leave their current employment due to a plummet in job satisfaction, entrepreneur and business owner, Josh Cote uses this opportunity to continue to promote freelancing and entrepreneurship as an alternative career choice.

From a recent joint study from the CIPD and Halogen Software (elitebusinessmagazine.co.uk, titled ‘UK employee satisfaction drops to a two year low’, published on 6th May 2016) it has been revealed that UK job satisfaction has fallen to its lowest level in two years and almost a quarter of workers are currently searching for a new job. The survey asked 2000 UK workers and from this, only 41% said that they were satisfied with their job, with 24% saying that they were thinking about leaving to find a new employer.

From the survey, the main reason for this dissatisfaction was because of a lack of clear career progression (36% felt unable to fulfill career aspirations with their current employer). And 27% of workers attributed this lack of satisfaction in their job to being unhappy with skill-level development opportunities.

Business entrepreneur and Managing Director of EA Worldwide Acquisitions, Josh Cote has been supporting freelancing and entrepreneurship as a career choice for many years now, and the results of this survey have just proved the reasons behind his thinking once again. “Opportunities are all around us,’ stated Josh Cote recently; and choosing self-employment and entrepreneurship as a career choice is a much easier way to grasp these opportunities, rather than staying in a job where an individual feels unable to fulfill career aspirations and goals that they have set. “Goals are achievable with entrepreneurship,” confirms Josh Cote.

EA Worldwide Acquisitions is London’s leading outsourced sales and marketing company. The firm specialises in promoting and selling their clients’ products and services through a unique marketing approach. The firm helps their sales contractors gain the skills and experience to pursue entrepreneurship and start their own businesses within the sales and marketing industry. As a result of this study and others like it, businesses such as EA Worldwide Acquisitions, which provide business development opportunities, will see a rise in demand for their programs.

Josh Cote has believed for many years now that becoming an entrepreneur is much more fulfilling than working for someone else and continues to state that there are many more opportunities when working on a self-employed basis.
