Held on the 08 November 2012, the annual Collars & Coats Gala Ball was attended by Entrepreneur Josh Cote who was representing his Sales and Marketing Firm, EA Worldwide Acquisitions Ltd.
The 4th Collars & Coats Gala Ball was held at Battersea Evolution and hosted by Amanda Holden and Paul O’ Grady MBE, with a renowned line-up of star-studded entertainment and A-list red carpet, this year’s very special ‘Best of British’ themed event delivered an unmissable evening. Entrepreneur Josh Cote was in attendance to show his support for the Battersea Dogs & Cats Home and take part in the auction which rose over £60,000 in pledges.
Every year the Battersea Dogs & Cats Home cares for over 10,600 pets. Now in its 152nd year of caring for lost, unwanted and abandoned animals, Battersea say it’s thanks to the kindness and generosity of donations that they have been able to help over 3 million animals and given them a second chance in life. Their aim is to never turn away a dog or cat in need of help. By reuniting lost dogs and cats with their owners; or caring for them until new homes can be found the foundation is a stand out charity who actively educates the public about responsible pet ownership.
‘It was an honour to be invited to attend the Collars & Coats Gala Ball; it is such a phenomenal charity which I strongly admire. Taking part in the auction was fun and I’m so pleased to hear that enough money was raised to invest in training to veterinary nurses. It’s been a really fantastic evening’ says Josh Cote, MD of EA Worldwide Acquisitions.
Guests were greeted to this spectacular evening by Battersea’s four legged residents in a unique Doggie Guard of Honour. The evening featured stunning performances by Jamie Cullum and Joss Stone.
